Standard doorset
includes :-
Doorleaf
40-50mm thick door-leaves formed from 2.0 mm electrogalvanised (zinc-coated) steel
skins reinforced with internal C-profiled through-going stiffeners welded to the outer
skins, insulated with glass-wool, complete with preparation for locks, reinforcement
plates for overhead door-closer, fixed, recessed hinge pockets, inverted "U"
base.
Frame
Frames are formed from 1.0 - 1.5 mm electrogalvanised (zinc-coated) steel, seam
welded, recessed head-jamb, complete with mortar boxes and preparations for hinge,
door-closer and strike. Standard Single and Double Rebate profiles F1 & F2.
Finish
Primer coat only unless otherwise specified.
Hardware
Hardware preparations are provided as standard for 2-4 hinges, one door-closer and
mortise or cylinder lockset. Additional hardware preparations will attract additional
charges accordingly.

1.2 ~ 2.0 mm galvanised or stainless steel frames; seals; stainless steel striker
plate for lock; preparation for electric strike or sensor; knock-down construction;
semi-airlight profiles F3 & F4.
Sill
Customised profiles in stainless steel or electrogalvanised steel, S1, S2, S3.
Finish
Formica laminate on one or both sides.
Factory finished final paint coat is not recommended because of the risk of damage
during transit, storage and fixing.
Additional Preparations
Vision panels and most hardware, including, panic devices, floor springs,
eye-viewers, pivot hinges, door-chains, concealed door-closers, kick and push plates, push
and pull handles, electrical hold-open devices, etc.
